As the creative director for Iconic Artist Agency I invite you to explore the many concepts that we can provide. I want to show you our vision of a collaborative network and help you to explore the possibilities it creates.

During my last ten years in the fashion and image industry I have been gifted with the opportunity to work with many incredible people. My journey started with a great job as an influential buyer for a trendy clothing store. This took me to places like New York, Montréal and Toronto, and really opened my eyes to the world of fashion. Shortly thereafter I found myself in a position exploring my artistic side and running a business in the colorful world of make up. I have managed numerous makeup lines for the past nine years.

I have a vast knowledge of the products and services available in this industry and I have worked with photographers on a wide variety of editorials and promos. As a convenience I am able to do hair, makeup and styling. I have worked for opulent fashion shows showcasing designers such as Dolce and Gabbana, Christian Dior, Alexander McQueen, Gucci and countless others.

My work and I have been featured in fashion television, MTV and in the local press. I have a strong background in outbound marketing, public speaking and event planning, starting with my past experience as sales supervisor for Holt Renfrew. I am currently working as an image educator at New Image College of Fine Arts and am responsible for teaching make up artistry, teaching portfolio development, and assisting in model development.

I am a happy, outgoing and charismatic person and I am able to help you with all of your needs. I know that I can be of service to you.

Jessica Baert

Jessica Baert embodies the consumate fashionista. She possesses a varied fashion history which includes modeling, make-up artistry, styling and event production. Jessica's approach to Iconic is based upon her extensive foundation in the fine & performing arts. Ms. Baert crystallizes music, theatre, dance and fashion arts into her own contemporary expression.

Jessica's body of work includes the following training: Simon Fraser University School of Contemporary Arts, BFA in Dance; New York University Tisch School of the Arts; Sivanada Centre Yoga Teacher Certification and Stila Cosmetics Certified Artist Status. A veteran of Holt Renfrew, Ms. Baert's freelance work has been featured in Modern Dog, Real Weddings, Flare, ION, The Complete Wedding Directory, The Vancouver Province & Vancouver Magazine. Jessica has appeared on MTV Canada, Fashion TV, Vikki Gabereau, CityTV, Urban Rush, Shopping Bags and WTN as a model/spokeswoman.

Due to her involvement with various Vancouver events, Jessica has been spotted in numerous local press columns such as Malcolm Parry and Suzie Wall's "Glam Girl". Ms. Baert is inspired by the fashion houses of Chloe and Balenciaga, as well as designers Valentino, Anna Molinari, Stella McCartney & Betsey Johnson. Jessica Baert is also an avid vocalist with a repertoire that spans Classical, Broadway, Jazz and Popular selections.
